P7 took part in the iFoodProgramme run through the BSc Consumer Managament and Food Innovation course at Ulster University. The eight week programme involved a range of activities relating to the development and marketing of a new healthy snack. Today P7 worked in teams to develop the coolest new type of healthy snack that they could think of!
