Year 7 pupils call for safer streets.

21st Apr 2015
Year 7 pupils call for safer streets.

Year 7 took part in The Big Street Survey - this is an exciting Sustrans initiative that allowed the  pupils to investigate the area around our school, they compiled their findings and created a manifesto on how to make their streets safer and greener for all to enjoy. On Tuesday 31st March we used this manifesto to lobby some local decision makers and present our findings in the hope that some of the changes may happen. Thanks to Stephanie Quiggley , former LordMayor George Duddy , Emma our Sustrans Officer and Beth from Sustrans Belfast for being a wonderful audience.
